Lockdown

“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.” – Desmond Tutu

As we approach lockdown this Thursday there will be no appointments available for acupuncture until we re-open on the 2nd December.

Triyoga is hoping to run an Urgent Care Clinic from their Camden studio. Therapies that will be available are currently Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, and Acupuncture. Once a plan has been finalised I'll let you know the details.

In the meantime, if anyone has any health issues they are concerned about please don't hesitate to get in touch, I'm happy to help.

Although I can't offer you acupuncture there are acupressure techniques that are effective for minor health issues. Lifestyle and dietary advice can also make a difference for other health conditions. Eating healthy food is an important part of maintaining good health. Now more than ever is a time for us to eat healthy meals. While there are no specific foods that can help protect you from the Covid-19 virus, a balanced nutritious diet can boost your immune system and even help you fight off symptoms.

2020 has been a terrible year on so many levels due to Covid-19. We have to try and find some positives for the future, one of those could be making those dietary and lifestyle changes. The long term effects of a healthy diet and regular exercise are priceless. The old saying "your health is your wealth" rings true.

Stay safe and I'll see you on the other side 👋
