Why Did You Use That Point: Lung 7

Lung 7 also known as Broken Sequence is a powerful point used to treat anything related to the lungs—asthma, wheezing, bronchitis, cough, congestion, etc.

On an emotional level this is a useful point for anyone experiencing sadness or grief as these are the emotions represented by the lung.

Lung 7 lies above the wrist on the inside of the arm. To locate thus point interlock your thumb and index finger of one hand with those of the other hand. The point lies on the edge of the index finger, feel for a depression that lies between the sinew and the bone.

To apply acupressure stimulate this point on both hands with the tip of your index finger for approximately 30 seconds using a circular pressure.
